Jésus m’a dit: "Mets ta main
dans Ma main et viens,
Toute ta vie, tu seras Mon témoin."
Et quand j’ai mis ma main dans Sa forte main,
J’ai reçu de Lui la puissance de
l’Esprit Saint.
1. Je connais l’eau vive qui me
désaltère,
Je l’ai découverte à Golgotha.
Il y a d’innombrables fleuves sur la terre,
Mais Jésus seul est source de joie!
2. Tout autour de moi je vois tant de souffrances,
Tant de cœurs qui sont si malheureux;
Que l’Esprit me pousse à rompre mon silence,
Pour crier partout la paix de Dieu!
3. Et si Dieu m’entraîne jusqu’au bout du
monde,
Pour que Son amour soit proclamé,
Je ne compte pas sur mes forces profondes,
Mais sur cet Esprit qu’Il m’a donné.

Jesus told me: "Put your hand in My hand and come,
And all your life, you shall be witness to Me."
And when I put my hand in His mighty hand,
I received from Him the pow’r of the Holy Spirit.
1. I know the living water that quenches my thirst,
I've discovered it at Golgotha.
There are many springs of water on the whole earth,
But Jesus Christ is my source of joy.
2. All around me I can see a lot of sufferings,
Many people who are disheartened,
Let the Holy Spirit help me break the silence,
And proclaim all o’er the peace of God.
3. And if the Lord God sends me all over the world,
So that His grace and love be proclaimed,
I will never rely on my personal strength,
But on the Spirit He’s given me.
